It had poured with rain all morning but cleared up nicely at lunch time so I decided to take the bike out.

Hadn't been out for ages so was a little rusty and found it hard work even getting to the hill.

Nice gentle ride up from Holy well heading south along the hillside and up to a low level ridge. Tried to keep clean but took a different route down and ended up absolutely plastered in mud. Great fun but back at work had to shower with my kit to get the mud off ;-)

As I got back started to rain again for the afternoon, nice.
